1-1B Sludge Screw Pump (Thick Slurry Pump)

Working Principle Motor drives pump shaft. The eccentric helical rotor spins on its own axis while rolling along stator inner surface, forming dynamic sealed cavities. For each full rotor rotation, fluid inside cavities advances by one pitch. Media is pushed helically from one sealed cavity to the next, transferring sludge and thick slurry from suction port to discharge port. It is well-suited for pumping viscous liquids. Application Fields Municipal Wastewater Industry: Transfer sludge, sewage and particle-laden sludge suspension. Environmental Protection Industry: Transport high-viscosity thick slurry and process media with short-fiber impurities.
