100 T/D A²/O Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment
Working Principle
Collected sewage first enters the equalization section, where submersible pumps dampen fluctuations in flow and quality and lift the water evenly into the biological stage. The wastewater then passes through anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic zones in sequence: phosphorus release in the anaerobic zone, denitrification and nitrogen removal in the anoxic zone, and carbon oxidation, nitrification and phosphorus uptake in the aerobic zone. The mixed liquor flows by gravity into a vertical-flow settling chamber for solid-liquid separation; the clarified supernatant over a weir is discharged as treated effluent, while the settled sludge is air-lifted back to the front of the biological process, and excess sludge is removed periodically. Aeration, recirculation and lifting are all governed by PLC logic based on liquid level, dissolved oxygen and timers.
Application Fields
Sewage treatment for newly built centralized residential communities in villages and towns: Centralized treatment of domestic sewage in rural resettlement sites and newly built residential clusters, treating comprehensive kitchen and toilet drainage.
Supporting sewage projects for rural complexes and characteristic towns: Featured villages and rural complexes, handling domestic wastewater generated by permanent residents and seasonal tourists.
Grassroots elderly care, cultural and educational supporting projects: On-site purification of domestic sewage for rural nursing homes, village kindergartens and community cultural centers.
Leisure businesses far away from municipal pipe networks: Sewage treatment for picking farms, research and study bases, rural B&B clusters in areas without urban sewer coverage.
Water resource recycling projects: Reuse of qualified effluent for seedling cultivation, site cleaning and pond water replenishment to realize water recycling and reduce tap water consumption.
