30 T/D Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment for Garbage Transfer Station
Working Principle
Leachate and floor washing wastewater from the transfer station first enter the equalization tank to balance water quality and flow, reducing shock loading. The wastewater then flows sequentially through anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic zones, where microorganisms decompose organic pollutants while achieving nitrification, denitrification, and biological phosphorus removal. The mixed liquor subsequently enters the MBR membrane separation unit, where hollow fiber membranes perform solid-liquid separation, significantly increasing sludge concentration and treatment performance. The system is equipped with aeration, sludge recycling, and on-line membrane cleaning systems, enabling 24-hour unattended continuous operation. The enclosed cabinet design minimizes odor release.
Application Fields
Garbage transfer stations: Treatment of domestic waste transfer station leachate and vehicle washing wastewater.
Small waste collection points: Purification of wastewater and washing effluent from township garbage collection rooms.
Sanitation supporting projects: Wastewater treatment at sanitation vehicle parking lots and service stations.
Water reuse projects: Treated effluent reused for site dust suppression and landscape irrigation.
Solid waste facilities: Treatment of process wastewater from small solid waste storage points and sorting workshops.
