Product Information

  • Name : 45 ㎡ Hollow Fiber MBR Membrane Module
  • SKU : BLT-265
  • Category : integrated-wastewater-treatment-equipment

45 m² Hollow Fiber MBR Membrane Module is the core filtration unit of a Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) system. It adopts PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) hollow fiber membrane filaments, integrated with collection manifolds, membrane racks, and sealed connectors as a complete assembled unit. The module offers a large membrane area within a compact footprint and can be directly submerged in the MBR biological tank. Combined with a suction pump system, it is specifically designed for solid-liquid separation in municipal wastewater, industrial effluent, and domestic sewage treatment. It efficiently retains activated sludge, suspended solids, colloids, and bacteria, producing high-quality, stable effluent that is suitable for direct reuse.

Working Principle Mixed liquor in the biological tank passes through the microscopic pores of the hollow fiber membrane filaments under negative-pressure suction. Permeate flows into the inner lumen of the fibers and is collected through the manifold as clean filtrate. Sludge, macromolecular pollutants, and microorganisms are retained on the outer surface of the membrane. Aeration at the bottom generates air scour that continuously scours the membrane surface, reducing fouling deposition and delaying membrane contamination. Relying on continuous aeration for self-cleaning, the MBR process eliminates the need for a secondary clarifier, greatly simplifying the wastewater treatment flow. The system is equipped with a suction pump and on-line chemical cleaning ports, supporting long-term, fully automated continuous operation. Application Fields Rural domestic sewage treatment: MBR integrated equipment for centralized sewage purification in villages and towns, meeting high discharge standards. Industrial wastewater treatment: Advanced treatment and water reuse for effluent from food processing, dyeing and textile, chemical, and similar industries. Municipal WWTP upgrading: Retrofit and expansion of existing wastewater treatment plants to achieve higher effluent quality. Water reuse projects: Treated effluent used for landscape irrigation, process make-up water, and road spraying. Compact packaged systems: Membrane components for containerized sewage treatment units and decentralized facilities at scenic sites, highway service areas, and remote locations.
