Product Information

  • Name : 45 ㎡ Hollow Fiber MBR Membrane Module
  • SKU : BLT-266
  • Category : integrated-wastewater-treatment-equipment

45 ㎡ Hollow Fiber MBR Membrane Module is the core submerged filtering component for membrane bioreactor wastewater treatment systems. It is constructed with high-performance PVDF hollow fiber membrane filaments, fitted with stainless steel frame, water collecting headers and sealed fittings as an integrated assembly. Featuring large membrane area and compact structure, this module can be immersed directly inside the biochemical tank. Cooperated with suction equipment, it is widely used for solid-liquid separation of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater. It can efficiently trap activated sludge, suspended solids, colloids and bacteria to produce stable high-quality effluent available for water reuse.

Working Principle Under negative suction pressure, the mixed liquid in the biochemical tank passes through micropores of hollow fiber membrane filaments. Clean water permeates into the inner cavity of membrane fibers and flows out through the collecting pipe, while sludge and particulate contaminants are intercepted on the outer surface of the membrane. Continuous aeration generates air scouring to clean the membrane surface, reduce pollutant deposition and slow down membrane fouling. The MBR module cancels the requirement of secondary sedimentation tank and simplifies the whole wastewater treatment process. Equipped with suction pipelines and online chemical cleaning ports, it supports long-term continuous and automatic operation. Application Fields Rural sewage treatment: Supporting MBR integrated equipment for centralized domestic sewage treatment in villages and towns to meet strict discharge standards. Industrial wastewater treatment: Advanced treatment and water recycling for food, printing & dyeing, chemical and other industrial wastewater. Municipal wastewater plant upgrading: Renovation and capacity expansion of existing sewage plants for higher effluent quality. Water reuse projects: Reclaimed water for green irrigation, factory process makeup water and road dust suppression. Decentralized treatment projects: Membrane assemblies for containerized sewage treatment equipment in scenic spots, service stations and remote areas.
