Working Principle The machine uses pin-selected probes to contact the tested ceramic chips and collect polarization and performance parameters. The system compares collected data with preset threshold values to judge product quality grade and finish sorting automatically. Meanwhile, sample information and test data are automatically saved for traceability. With 3-color audible and visual alarm for abnormal workpieces, it integrates performance testing, product sorting and data storage to realize automatic quality inspection.
