An automatic chamber filter press is robust industrial solid-liquid separation and slurry dewatering equipment for filter cake formation. Built with heavy-duty chamber filter plates, this plate-type filter press operates at feed pressure of 0-0.6 MPa and offers filtration area from 30 m² up to 1000 m². It supports microcomputer, PLC and touch-screen control, with reserved remote control access for unattended running. Working Principle
Slurry is pumped into chamber filter chambers for pressure filtration. Filtrate passes through filter cloth and drains out via filter plate channels, while solid particles are trapped inside chambers to form filter cakes. Upon completion of filtration, filter plates are pulled open. Filter cakes drop off by gravity. Filter cloth is then rinsed to finish a full filtration cycle.
