Working Principle
After filtration is finished and filter plates are pulled apart, the automatic cloth shaking mechanism drives the springs on filter cloth to expand and contract repeatedly. The filter cloth bends and stretches continuously. The filter cake attached to the filter cloth peels off under vibration and deformation, and drops by gravity. Manual scraping is not required, which improves the cake discharging efficiency of filter press.
