Automatic Flip Plate is an auxiliary filter press accessory, widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection and light industry filter press solid-liquid separation processes. It supports PP, carbon steel, stainless steel panel options and is available in mechanical flip plate and hydraulic flip plate versions. The equipment can be fitted with an integrated liquid collection tank. It adopts dual coordinated flip plates. During filtration, the plates stay closed to collect dripping filtrate and filter plate wash water; during cake discharge, the plates open to guide sludge discharge and prevent secondary contamination from spilled liquid.

Working Principle
When the filter press is running in filtration mode, the automatic flip plate remains closed. It diverts leaking filtrate and filter plate rinse water to the side liquid collection troughs, avoiding liquid dripping onto the ground. Once filter press filtration finishes and cake discharge starts, the two flip plates open synchronously, letting filter cake fall through the gap. The flip plate automatically switches status to match the filter press working cycle without continuous manual operation. It achieves separate functions of liquid collection and cake discharge, keeping the site clean and eliminating secondary liquid pollution.
