Automatic Scraper Centrifuge | Batch Centrifugal Separator for Crystal Dewatering

Working Principle The suspension is fed into the centrifuge bowl by the feed pump. Under strong centrifugal force, liquid passes through the filter cloth and discharges from the bowl wall, while solid particles are trapped on the filter cloth to form filter cake. After separation, the filter cake can be sprayed and washed for re-dewatering. When the whole process is finished, the scraper rotates slowly to scrape off and discharge the filter cake. As filtration proceeds, the filter cake thickens and equipment load rises. The whole process is automatically controlled by PLC without continuous manual attendance. Discharge completed, the machine can start feeding and separation for the next batch. This equipment can handle particle suspensions with solid particle size ≥0.05mm.
