Automatic Water Washing System | On-Line Filter Cloth Cleaning Device for Filter Press

Working Principle The washing assembly travels horizontally along the filter plates of the filter press. High-pressure nozzles aim at each piece of filter cloth. High-speed water jets flush solid particles trapped inside the pores of filter cloth to clean and smooth the cloth on site. After cleaning, the permeability of filter cloth recovers and filtration resistance drops. There is no need to remove filter cloth manually for off-line washing, which reduces downtime and improves continuous operation efficiency of the filter press line.
