Chlorine Dioxide Generator (Chemical Method)
Working Principle
Two kinds of chemical raw materials are quantitatively metered and delivered into the reactor for chemical reaction to produce high-purity chlorine dioxide. The generated chlorine dioxide liquid is sucked by the negative pressure of the water ejector and dosed into the water to be treated. Chlorine dioxide features strong oxidizing property, which destroys the cell membrane, protein and nucleic acid of microorganisms to quickly kill bacteria, viruses and algae. It can oxidize and decompose part of organic matter, iron and manganese ions in water without producing a large amount of carcinogenic disinfection by-products. The equipment is equipped with an electronic control system to automatically adjust the dosage, and has multiple safety interlock protections for water shortage, raw material shortage, over-temperature and other abnormal conditions.
