Circular High Pressure Filter Press adopts circular filter plate design. It runs stably and supports high feeding pressure to achieve filter cakes with low moisture content. The filter plates are made of high-strength and high-toughness polypropylene with great compression resistance. The filter chambers use linear sealing for reliable performance under high pressure. The 800-type circular filter press covers a filtration area of 20m² to 80m² and works under pressure from 1MPa to 2.5MPa. It is widely used for stone wastewater, ceramic slurry, kaolin, bentonite, activated clay and building material processing.

Working Principle
The circular high pressure filter press is assembled with a set of circular filter plates. The hydraulic unit tightly clamps these plates to form sealed filter chambers. Slurry is pumped into the chambers under pressure. Liquid passes through filter cloth and flows out, while solid particles are trapped inside to form filter cakes. After filtration completes, the hydraulic system releases pressure and filter plates are pulled apart to discharge dry filter cakes. The circular plate structure provides uniform stress distribution and excellent high-pressure resistance.
