Concrete Batching Mixing Plant
Working Principle
Silos store sand‑gravel aggregates, which are conveyed to batching weighing hoppers via belt conveyor. Cement and powder materials are fed by screw conveyors; water and admixtures are precisely metered by water pumps. All raw materials are automatically delivered into the forced‑mixing drum according to preset formula. After mixing completes, finished concrete discharges into transit mixer trucks. Full‑cycle operations are managed by central programmed control system.
Application Fields
Commercial Concrete Production: Mass‑produce commercial ready‑mix concrete for external supply and distribution.
Highway, High‑Speed‑Rail & Bridge Projects: On‑site station setup for subgrade, box‑girder and cast‑in‑place concrete production.
Building & Municipal Engineering: Concrete supply for building complexes, road networks, pipelines and urban infrastructure.
Water Conservancy, Tunnel & Airport Projects: Continuous large‑batch production of high‑strength impermeable concrete.
Key Advantages
‑ High‑degree automation with accurate material batching
‑ Stable forced mixing for consistent finished‑concrete quality
‑ Two configurations: stationary for long‑term operation, mobile for quick relocation
‑ Central one‑key control system reduces manual‑operation workload
