Working Principle The cotton cake filter press uses a hydraulic system to compress multiple circular filter plates, with fiber cotton cakes filled between plates as filter layers. Under pressure, raw liquid enters the equipment. Liquid passes through multi-layer cotton cake media while trace grease, impurities and suspended solids are trapped and adsorbed by cotton cakes. Clean filtrate flows out through the plate channels. Once the filtration cycle completes, release hydraulic pressure, take out cotton cakes for impurity cleaning or regeneration to realize precise solid-liquid separation.
