Product Information

  • Name : Diesel Driven Self Priming Sewage Pump | Non‑Clog Trash Water Pump for Flood & Wastewater Transfer
  • SKU : BLT-195
  • Category : centrifugal-pumps

The XBC diesel-driven self-priming sewage pump combines self-priming and non-clog sewage-handling capabilities. No foot valve or pre-priming is required for startup. It efficiently pumps media containing large solid particles, long-fiber debris, sediment, mine residues, manure sludge and various site sewage, greatly reducing manual labor. Featuring easy mobility and quick installation, the pump needs little maintenance with stable performance. Driven by a standalone diesel engine with no grid-power dependency, it delivers high flexibility for off-grid and remote job-site operations.

Diesel Driven Self Priming Sewage Pump | Non‑Clog Trash Water Pump for Flood & Wastewater Transfer

Working Principle Before startup, pre-fill the pump chamber with liquid. As the impeller spins, it mixes incoming air and liquid inside the pump body. The mixed air-liquid flow enters the separation chamber, where air gets vented out while liquid recirculates back inside the pump. Air inside suction piping is gradually purged to complete self-priming. The built-in check valve retains liquid inside the pump cavity after shutdown, so re-start does not require re-filling liquid. Application Fields Municipal Emergency Drainage: Flood control, emergency water diversion, municipal sewage bypass Wastewater Treatment: Sludge and fibrous-laden sewage transfer Mining & Construction: Mine-polluted water, particle-loaded construction site wastewater Agriculture & Livestock: Manure pumping, farm irrigation and farm wastewater transfer Off-Grid Site Operations: Mobile temporary pumping for sites without grid power
