Dosing Metering Pump | Chemical Injection Metering Pump
Working Principle
The dosing metering pump uses a motor-driven transmission mechanism to drive the plunger or diaphragm for reciprocating motion. The periodic volume change inside the pump chamber, together with check valves, enables liquid suction and discharge. Operators can adjust the stroke length to precisely change the displacement per stroke and achieve steady, continuous chemical dosing. The pump supports manual flow adjustment, and can also connect with control systems to modify dosing volume in real time according to process signals. It maintains stable chemical concentration and meets accurate proportioning requirements.
