Model ME810 is an imported wall-mounted high-concentration ozone analyzer manufactured by EBARA JITSUGYO, Japan. Adopting UV absorption measurement principle, it delivers high accuracy, excellent long-term stability and long service life. The standard measuring range is 0~15wt%. Powered by AC220V, it supports 4-20mA signal output for connection to PLC control system. Residual ozone gas is automatically destroyed inside the analyzer and safely discharged into atmosphere, requiring no extra off-gas destructor. The integrated wall-mounted design enables simple installation, ideal for continuous online monitoring matching ozone generators.

Working Principle
It works on UV absorption method. Ozone sample gas flows into measuring chamber, ozone absorbs ultraviolet light at specific wavelength. The instrument calculates ozone concentration according to light attenuation, displays readings in real time and transmits 4-20mA analog signal. Residual ozone after measurement goes through built-in destruction unit and decomposes into oxygen automatically to avoid ozone pollution and realize safe continuous online monitoring.
