Ejector & Check Valve | Ozone Generator Accessorie
Working Principle
After pressurized water enters the ejector, water velocity rises at the nozzle while pressure drops, forming a vacuum negative pressure at the gas inlet to continuously suck ozone gas into the flow channel. Gas and water collide and shear at high speed inside the ejector to achieve sufficient mixing. A manual regulating valve installed upstream of the ejector inlet precisely adjusts the inlet water pressure to maintain stable negative suction and control ozone intake volume for optimal gas-liquid dissolution. The check valve allows one-way flow only. It stops water from flowing back into the ozone generating cell when water supply stops or pressure fluctuates.
Application Fields
Municipal drinking water treatment: In the advanced treatment section of municipal water plants, the ejector mixes ozone and raw water efficiently. Ozone oxidizes trace organics and inactivates pathogenic microorganisms to meet drinking water safety standards.
Industrial wastewater advanced oxidation: For wastewater projects in chemical, textile printing and pharmaceutical industries, the ejector fully dissolves ozone into wastewater. The strong oxidation of ozone decolorizes effluent, reduces COD and removes refractory organic pollutants. Swimming pool water treatment: For circulating water systems in large swimming pools and water parks, the ejector dissolves ozone into pool water to continuously eliminate bacteria and viruses. It cuts the use of chlorine chemicals and maintains clean water quality.
Aquaculture water system: For water treatment of intensive indoor aquaculture tanks, the ejector blends ozone with culture water. It kills pathogenic bacteria and breaks down harmful substances from leftover feed and manure, improving water environment and lowering disease risks for fish and shrimp.
Circulating water in food and beverage plants: In cleaning water and pipeline disinfection systems for food and beverage manufacturers, the ejector produces ozonated water to sanitize production pipelines, vessels and production lines and ensure hygiene safety in food production.
