Working Principle
The dissolved air system of electrolytic air flotation machine produces plenty of micro bubbles. These highly dispersed bubbles adhere to suspended pollutant particles in water and reduce the overall density of particles. Suspended matters are lifted and float to the water surface by buoyancy. Floating scum is collected and discharged by the slag scraper, while clean water flows out from the bottom to finish solid-liquid separation. It can effectively remove solid suspended solids, grease and various colloidal substances in sewage, serving as the core pre-treatment equipment at the front of wastewater treatment.
