Electrophoresis ultrafiltration equipment is a complete pressure-type ultrafiltration unit specially supporting electrophoretic coating processes, equipped with dedicated electrophoresis ultrafiltration membrane modules. It intercepts electrophoretic paint resin and pigment particles via sieving, while allowing water, small-molecule additives and solvents to pass through the membrane. The system continuously recycles coating materials in the electrophoresis bath, reduces paint loss, removes excess small-molecule impurities, stabilizes bath parameters, cuts wastewater discharge, improves coating finish quality and reduces raw material costs. Compact in layout, it comes with circulating pipelines, membrane cleaning system and automatic control unit for 24-hour continuous online operation.

Working Principle Driven by the circulating pump, electrophoretic paint liquid from the bath flows into the ultrafiltration module. Electrophoretic resin and pigment particles are retained by the membrane and recirculated back to the bath. Water, free acid and small molecular impurities permeate the membrane as permeate. The permeate can be reused for post-electrophoresis rinsing of workpieces to realize closed-loop paint recovery. Periodic chemical cleaning removes paint fouling on the membrane surface to keep stable flux and reliable long-term operation of electrophoresis production lines.
