FA Type Integrated Water Purifier | Automatic Water Treatment Unit | River Water Purifier

Product Information

  • Name : FA Type Integrated Water Purifier | Automatic Water Treatment Unit | River Water Purifier
  • SKU : BLT-307
  • Category : centrifugal-fans

The FA Type Integrated Water Purifier combines flocculation, sedimentation, and filtration in a single vessel. Raw water drawn from rivers, lakes, or reservoirs with inlet turbidity up to 3,000 mg/L is treated to an outlet turbidity consistently below 3–5 mg/L, meeting drinking water or industrial water standards. Flow capacity ranges from 10 to 200 m³/h. Footprint is reduced by over 50% compared to conventional treatment plants, with self-consumption water loss under 5%. The unit runs automatically from inlet through backwash and sludge discharge; operators only need to check water quality periodically. It serves rural water plants, industrial and mining water supply, boiler feedwater pretreatment, and water reuse — a single unit functions as a miniature water plant.

Working Principle Raw water is dosed with coagulant and enters from the bottom, distributed evenly through a perforated header. It then enters the flocculation zone, where a high-concentration sludge return design causes fine flocs to agglomerate into larger, faster-settling particles while reducing chemical consumption. Next is the inclined tube settling zone, with two layers of tubes arranged at opposing angles. The alternating flow direction increases particle collision opportunities and improves settling efficiency. Clarified water enters the filtration chamber, where quartz sand captures remaining suspended solids. Clean water collects in the clear water tank at the top. When the filter media clogs, no manual intervention is required. Once head loss reaches the set point, siphon backwash starts automatically — clear water flows backward through the media for 4–6 minutes, then the siphon breaks and normal operation resumes. Sludge discharges through timed electric valves according to a preset program, with no operator involvement. Application Fields 1. Rural & Township Water Supply: River, lake, and reservoir sources up to 3,000 mg/L turbidity — the core treatment unit for a small water plant 2. Industrial & Mining Water Supply: Process and potable water treatment for factories, replacing conventional settling tanks and sand filters 3. Boiler & Industrial Water Pretreatment: Boiler makeup water, circulating water systems, and desalination pretreatment 4. Water Reuse: Treating wastewater plant effluent for irrigation, washdown, and industrial cooling FAQ Q1: What kind of raw water can the FA Integrated Water Purifier handle? A: It is designed for surface water — rivers, lakes, reservoirs, and ponds — with inlet turbidity up to 3,000 mg/L. Outlet turbidity remains consistently below 3–5 mg/L, meeting drinking water standards or industrial water quality requirements. If raw water turbidity consistently exceeds 3,000 mg/L, a pre-settling stage is recommended. Lower-turbidity sources such as groundwater or mine water are also suitable, though the flocculation stage is typically not required. Q2: What is the flow capacity of one FA Integrated Water Purifier? A: Standard models range from 10 to 200 m³/h, covering small rural water plants through medium-sized industrial water supply. Sizing depends primarily on daily water demand and raw water turbidity — higher turbidity results in slightly lower actual output due to increased backwash frequency. For requirements above 200 m³/h, multiple units in parallel are recommended. Q3: How does the FA Integrated Water Purifier differ from a conventional treatment plant? A: A conventional plant builds the settling tank, flocculation basin, and filter bed as separate structures — large footprint, extensive piping, and long construction time. The FA type integrates all three stages into a single vessel: footprint reduced by over 50%, delivered ready to lift into position and connect to power and water. Backwash operates on siphon action — no separate backwash pump or air compressor required. Sludge discharges via timed electric valves rather than manual operation. Simply put, the conventional approach builds a small water plant; the FA type installs a piece of equipment.
