The filter cloth washing machine is dedicated filter cloth regeneration equipment for plate and frame filter presses and belt filter presses. It combines drum soaking and high-pressure spray washing to strip sludge, filter cake, mineral residues and chemical deposits trapped deep inside filter cloth fibers. It quickly restores the cloth’s permeability, cuts filter cloth replacement frequency and operating costs, and is widely used for filter cloth maintenance in sludge dewatering, chemical slurry pressing and mineral solid-liquid separation systems.

Working Principle
Load dirty filter cloth into the horizontal drum. The drum rotates slowly to tumble and soak the fabric continuously, while high-pressure water jets scour and dislodge stubborn solids stuck within the cloth fibers. Muddy wastewater drains out during the washing cycle to regenerate the filter cloth. Once cleaned and dried, the cloth can be reinstalled on plate-and-frame or belt filter presses for repeated solid-liquid separation cycles.
