FJX Three-Way Axial-Flow Forced Circulation Pump for MVR Evaporation-Crystallization
Working Principle
The motor spins the pump shaft and impeller. Material is moved in large‑volume circulation by the axial thrust of impeller blades. The contoured three‑way housing dampens fluid impact and reduces particle-driven erosion on the pump shaft and sealing hardware. An extended bearing housing reinforces rotor support and suppresses operating vibration. Double‑end mechanical seals with external flush-cooling keep crystallizing media away from seal faces to sustain round-the-clock run time for evaporation plants.
Application Fields
Chemical Manufacturing: Supports batch and continuous‑run fine‑chemical facilities, circulating caustic soda, phosphoric acid and brine streams through evaporation‑crystallization loops.
Salt Production: High-volume brine circulation for evaporator-crystallizer units at rock‑salt and solar-salt processing operations across North America.
Hydrometallurgy: Process-liquid circulation for lithium, nickel-cobalt hydrometallurgical circuits, as well as alumina and titanium-dioxide manufacturing lines.
Sugar Processing: Multi‑stage evaporation‑concentration loops for beet-and cane-sugar production plants.
Pulp & Paper Mills: Black-liquor evaporation and recovery circuits for large-scale pulp facilities.
Wastewater Treatment: MVR evaporation-crystallization for shale-oil flow-back water, lithium-battery-recycling brines and high-strength chemical waste streams.
