Product Information

  • Name : FZB‑III Lined Fluorine Self‑Priming Pump | Heavy‑Duty Fluoropolymer Lined Corrosion Resistant Self‑Priming Pump
  • SKU : BLT-198
  • Category : centrifugal-pumps

This FZB-III fluorine-lined self-priming pump is a heavy-duty leak-free chemical self-priming pump. Its wetted parts are lined with fluoroplastic for reliable sealing to prevent leaks. As an acid-alkali resistant self-priming pump, it features high mechanical strength and great aging resistance. No manual priming is required, and it handles highly corrosive fluids such as strong acids, bases and oxidizers for continuous-run service in chemical, rare-earth and electroplating operations.

FZB‑III Lined Fluorine Self‑Priming Pump | Heavy‑Duty Fluoropolymer Lined Corrosion Resistant Self‑Priming Pump

Working Principle Liquid retained inside the pump casing drives initial priming. The impeller spins and mixes air with incoming fluid. The air-liquid mixture flows into the separation chamber where air vents out and liquid recirculates back into the pump. Air in the suction line is gradually purged to achieve self-priming. Liquid stays inside the pump after shutdown, so re-start does not need re-priming. The fluoroplastic lining withstands harsh corrosive media for long-term reliable operation. Application Fields Chemical industry: Transfer highly corrosive fluids including strong acids, alkalis and oxidizing agents Pharmaceutical industry: Transport chemical reagents and pharmaceutical intermediates Rare-earth & metallurgy: Media delivery for rare-earth smelting and pickling processes Light manufacturing: Dyes, pesticides, paper-making, electroplating and electrolysis processes Research & defense: Corrosive fluid handling for labs, foil production and national-defense projects
