HFM-1 is a two-stage slurry pump specially built for filter-press feeding and pressurized spray circulation. Its unique design delivers 1-2 times longer seal life compared with standard pumps and offers superior wear resistance under high-pressure conditions. With two-stage boosting, it achieves 0.8-1 MPa discharge pressure at low impeller speed of 22-28 m/s. Lower rotating speed greatly improves wear performance. Suitable for corrosive clear liquid and slurry up to 100 °C.

Working Principle
Motor drives two-series impellers. Media gains pressure step-by-step and feeds steadily to filter press. Two-stage structure reduces erosion on impeller and seals, minimizing leakage and component failure under continuous high-pressure operation.
