High-Head Vertical Long‑Shaft Multistage Deep-Well Extraction Pump
Working Principle
An above-ground motor drives submerged multistage impellers through a long shaft, boosting fluid pressure stage by stage via centrifugal force. Fully submerged impellers effectively avoid cavitation. Media-lubricated shaft bearings eliminate shaft seal leakage. Pressurized fluid flows upward along the riser pipe, adapting to deep well and deep sump operating conditions.
Application Fields
Municipal & Rural Water Systems: Groundwater withdrawal for community water plants, off-grid potable water supply for remote inland areas of the U.S.
Power Generation Facilities: Cooling water intake, boiler feed water and fire water supply for thermal and gas power plants.
Mining & Quarry Operations: Deep well dewatering and seepage water control for open-pit mines in western U.S. mining areas.
Chemical & Petrochemical Plants: Transportation of clean or mildly corrosive media in deep underground sumps and storage pits
