Working Principle Wastewater flows into the horizontal chamber of the equipment. The dissolved air system releases massive micro bubbles. The bubbles attach to oil and light suspended solids, which float upward to form scum and are collected by the scum scraper. Heavy sand and solid particles settle in the sedimentation zone at the bottom and are discharged periodically. The clean water after dual purification of air flotation and sedimentation flows out from the overflow outlet. It can remove floating oil, colloid, suspended solids and heavy sediments in one step, greatly reducing the load of subsequent biochemical treatment.
