HVAC Vertical Multistage Pump | Energy-Efficient Booster Pump for US Commercial Buildings
Working Principle
The pump uses a vertical multi-stage sectional design. Liquid enters through the axial suction inlet and passes through a series of staged impellers, gaining pressure at each stage before discharging through the radial outlet. Inter-stage guide vanes smooth flow transition and reduce hydraulic losses. An internal balancing disc or drum offsets axial thrust, with a thrust bearing handling residual loads to keep the rotor stable and extend bearing and seal life. Standard mechanical seals are included, with optional flush plans for specific media requirements.
Application Fields
1. Commercial HVAC Systems – Chilled water, condenser water, and hot water circulation for office buildings, hotels, shopping malls, and hospitals.
2. High-Rise Booster Service – Secondary water supply and pressure boosting for residential towers, mixed-use complexes, and public facilities.
3. Industrial & Commercial Circulation – Process water, cooling tower feed, boiler hot water return, and heating system distribution.
4. Fire Protection Systems – Fire hydrant boosting, automatic sprinkler systems, and fire pump pressure-maintenance applications.
5. Municipal & Water Treatment – Water distribution network boosting, treatment plant feed, and medium-distance water transfer.
