Integrated Reverse Osmosis Ultrapure Water System | All-in-one RO Water Purification Equipment
Working Principle
Raw water firstly passes through the pretreatment unit including multimedia filter, activated carbon filter and security filter, to trap sediment, rust and suspended solids, adsorb residual chlorine and organic contaminants, and protect the downstream RO membrane elements. The pretreated water is pressurized by a high-pressure pump and delivered to the reverse osmosis membrane assembly. Under pressure exceeding the osmotic pressure, water molecules penetrate the semipermeable membrane, while dissolved salts, colloids and microorganisms are retained and discharged as concentrated wastewater. The permeate from single or double-pass RO can go through optional EDI deep desalination to remove trace ions for ultrapure water production. The whole system adopts PLC automatic control, with online conductivity/resistivity monitoring, auto-flush, high & low pressure protection and water quality alarm to ensure continuous stable water production.
