  • SKU : BLT-100
  • Category : snow-removers

The snow removal vehicle is a winter road-clearing specialized vehicle modified from a motor vehicle chassis. It can be equipped with various snow removal accessories such as snowplow blades, rotary brush heads, and snow blower units, enabling it to clear accumulated snow, ice, and residual snow on roads in a single pass. The equipment is highly maneuverable and flexible, allowing for the switching of different working tools based on snow depth. It can quickly push thick layers of heavy snow, as well as sweep thin snow and residual ice from road surfaces. Widely used for winter road snow and ice control operations, it replaces manual snow removal, significantly improving road-clearing efficiency in cold environments and ensuring road traffic safety.

Working Principle When the vehicle moves forward, the front-mounted snowplow uses a sloped guide structure to push and pile thick snow on the road to both sides. The roller brush snow removal device relies on high-speed rotating hard bristles to sweep and peel off compacted snow, thin ice, and residual snow at road edges. The snow thrower collects snow via a spiral auger, and a high-speed fan throws the snow over long distances to the roadside or into truck beds. Some models can spray deicing agents to accelerate snow and ice melting on the road. The entire system is controlled by the vehicle's hydraulic system for lifting, steering, and start-stop functions, allowing the snow removal equipment to be retracted at any time to restore normal vehicle operation. Application Areas 1. Municipal Roads: Snow removal on urban main roads, ring roads, bridges, and elevated highways during winter. 2. Highway Networks: Large-scale rapid snow removal and traffic maintenance on expressways and national highways. 3. Industrial Parks and Factories: Snow clearing on factory roads, logistics parks, and internal roads of industrial zones. 4. Residential Communities: Snow and ice removal on large community roads, parking lots, and park pathways. 5. Airports and Ports: Snow sweeping on airport aprons, taxiways, and dock yards.
