Dump truck
Working Principle
The vehicle engine drives the onboard hydraulic pump via a power take-off. Hydraulic oil from the hydraulic tank is delivered through pipelines to the lifting hydraulic cylinder. The piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder extends to lift the front end of the cargo compartment upward. The rear end of the compartment is hinged and fixed, causing the entire compartment to tilt backward and upward under thrust. The cargo inside slides out from the rear tailgate along the inclined floor by gravity, completing the unloading process. After unloading, the hydraulic rod retracts, and the compartment returns to its original position under its own weight. The tailgate is locked, allowing continued loading and transport. The driver can control the lifting and lowering operations entirely from the cab.
Application Fields
1. Construction: Transport and removal of earth, sand, gravel, cement clinker, and construction waste at construction sites.
2. Mining: Short-distance transport of heavy materials such as ore, coal, and slag in mining areas.
3. Municipal Engineering: Removal of road construction debris and transport of sludge and waste from pipeline projects.
4. Infrastructure and Water Conservancy: Conveyance of earth and stone materials for river dredging and dam construction.
