Truck-mounted crane

Product Information

  • Name : Truck-mounted crane
  • SKU : BLT-103
  • Category : truck-mounted-cranes

The truck-mounted crane, fully known as a truck-mounted crane transport vehicle, integrates a vehicle-mounted telescopic crane onto a cargo truck chassis, combining lifting and cargo transport functions into one. It eliminates the need for separate crane and truck equipment, allowing a single vehicle to handle lifting, loading, unloading, and short-distance transfer operations. The crane boom can extend in multiple sections and rotate 360 degrees for operation, while the vehicle itself comes with a cargo box. With strong mobility, it can navigate into narrow spaces such as construction sites and rural mountain roads, adapting to various working conditions from light building material lifting to heavy equipment handling.

Working Principle After the vehicle is parked, the hydraulic outriggers on both sides are lowered to stabilize the body, preventing rollover during lifting operations. The onboard hydraulic system drives the rotation mechanism of the crane base to achieve horizontal rotation. The multi-section boom extends step by step using hydraulic cylinders to increase the working radius. The hook at the end of the boom, combined with the wire rope winch, lifts heavy objects and places them securely into the cargo compartment. Once loading is complete, the boom is retracted, and the outriggers are raised, allowing the vehicle to directly transport the goods. All lifting operations are controlled from the cab or via a wireless remote control. Application Fields 1. Infrastructure Engineering: Lifting and transporting steel bars, pipes, steel structures, and small construction machinery on construction sites. 2. Landscaping and Nursery: Lifting and transplanting large trees, transporting landscape stones, and moving green nursery plants. 3. Municipal Emergency Repairs: Installing and replacing streetlight poles, surveillance poles, and utility poles. 4. Mining and Industrial Areas: Lifting and handling small equipment parts, mining materials, and steel components.
