Product Information

  • Name : Concrete mixer truck
  • SKU : BLT-104
  • Category : concrete-mixer-trucks

A concrete mixer truck is a specialized transport vehicle for engineering construction. It is equipped with a continuously rotating sealed mixing drum mounted on a heavy-duty truck chassis, specifically designed for transporting ready-mix concrete. The drum rotates at a low speed throughout the process to prevent the concrete from setting and segregating. After loading materials at the batching plant, it directly delivers them to the construction site for unloading. The entire vehicle integrates a complete set of structures for feeding, storing, mixing, and unloading. The sealed drum prevents material leakage, offers a large load capacity, and enables stable long-distance transport of mixed concrete. It is the core equipment for concrete material transportation in infrastructure construction.

Working Principle When the vehicle arrives at the discharge port of the mixing station, it opens the feed hopper to load the proportioned concrete raw materials. During transit, the onboard hydraulic motor drives the drum to rotate continuously at a low speed, relying on the internal spiral blades to keep the materials tumbling and mixing, preventing the cement slurry from drying and layering. Upon reaching the construction site, the drum is switched to reverse rotation mode, allowing the internal spiral blades to push the concrete outward along the discharge chute, completing the unloading process. The vehicle is equipped with a high-pressure water system, which can rinse the feed port and discharge chute with clean water to prevent residual concrete from solidifying and clogging the pipeline. Application Fields 1. Building Construction: Transporting concrete for the main structure of residential buildings, factories, and office buildings. 2. Road Infrastructure: Transporting concrete for highways, bridges, tunnels, road surfaces, and pile foundations. 3. Municipal Engineering: Transporting concrete for pipeline construction, slope protection projects, and urban infrastructure pouring operations. 4. Water Conservancy Projects: Transporting concrete materials for dams, canals, reservoirs, and other water conservancy projects. 5. Township Construction: Distributing concrete for self-built houses, rural roads, and small-scale construction sites.
