Oil tanker truck

Product Information

  • Name : Oil tanker truck
  • SKU : BLT-105
  • Category : tank-trucks

Tank trucks are specialized vehicles for transporting hazardous chemicals. They are built on a truck chassis and equipped with a sealed, pressure-bearing horizontal metal tank, primarily used for the enclosed transport of liquid media such as gasoline, diesel, lubricating oil, edible oil, and chemical liquids. The tank undergoes anti-leak, anti-static, and explosion-proof treatment, and its interior can be divided into multiple compartments to allow separate loading of different oils. The entire vehicle is fitted with oil loading and unloading pipelines, an oil pump, emergency shut-off valves, anti-static grounding devices, and safety pressure relief components.

Working Principle After the vehicle stops at the oil storage depot, connect the grounding static electricity belt to eliminate static electricity from the tank. Use the onboard oil pump or external pipeline to pump the liquid medium from the loading/unloading port into the sealed tank. The tank's compartmentalized structure allows independent filling of different oil products. During transportation, the sealed cavity prevents liquid sloshing, spillage, and medium evaporation. Upon arrival at the destination, open the bottom emergency shut-off valve and the oil outlet pipeline, and rely on the oil pump for pressurization or differential pressure for self-flow to complete the unloading. The top of the tank is equipped with a breather valve to balance internal air pressure, preventing tank deformation or excessive pressure due to temperature changes. The entire process is controlled by electrically operated valves to manage pipeline on/off status. In emergencies, the oil circuit can be cut off with one button to prevent leakage accidents. Application Fields 1. Gas Station Distribution: Bulk transportation of gasoline and diesel from refined oil depots to urban and rural gas stations. 2. Engineering and Mining Areas: Fixed-point fuel supply and delivery for construction and mining machinery vehicles. 3. Chemical Industry: Sealed transfer of industrial solvents, diluents, and liquid chemical raw materials. 4. Grain, Oil, and Food: Compliant transportation of edible vegetable oils, syrups, and liquid food raw materials. 5. Thermal Power Plants: Supply and delivery of boiler fuel oil, heavy oil, and heat transfer oil to storage tanks.
