Product Information

  • Name : Explosion-proof vehicle
  • SKU : BLT-110
  • Category : explosion-proof-vehicles

An explosion-proof vehicle, officially known as an explosion-proof dangerous goods transport vehicle, is a type of specialized box-type hazardous chemical transport vehicle regulated by national laws. It uses a truck chassis paired with a sealed explosion-proof compartment featuring fireproof, anti-static, flame-retardant, anti-collision, and anti-theft functions. It is specifically designed for transporting high-risk explosive goods such as fireworks and firecrackers, detonators and explosives, detonators, aerial shells, military pyrotechnics, and flammable and explosive hazardous chemicals. It is registered and supervised strictly according to hazardous chemical vehicle standards, serving as a compliant and specialized transport equipment for blasting projects, fireworks and firecracker sales, and military material storage and transportation.

**Working Principle** The vehicle chassis is designed with a front-mounted exhaust pipe equipped with a fire arrestor and flame suppression device to prevent exhaust sparks from coming into contact with cargo inside the compartment during transit. The entire vehicle's electrical system is replaced with explosion-proof wiring harnesses, and a master power emergency cutoff switch is installed to prevent short circuits and electrical sparks caused by wire damage during bumpy driving. The interlayer of the compartment is filled with flame-retardant and heat-insulating materials, and the inner walls are lined with anti-static rubber pads. The vehicle body and compartment maintain static electricity conductivity, and a grounding static strap is attached to the rear of the vehicle to continuously release static charges generated by friction between goods during transport. The compartment doors are equipped with multiple anti-theft locks and openable ventilation and pressure relief windows. Inside the compartment, buffer partition shelves are installed to secure goods, reducing impact and compression caused by vehicle movement. The vehicle is also equipped with fire extinguishers, fire blankets, and emergency handling tools. In the event of an abnormal situation, the vehicle's power can be quickly cut off, static electricity can be discharged by connecting to the ground, and initial firefighting measures can be taken, comprehensively mitigating the safety risks of fire or explosion of explosive goods during transportation. **Application Fields** 1. **Civil Explosives Industry**: Short-distance distribution and transfer of blasting consumables such as explosives, detonators, and detonating tubes required for mining and infrastructure blasting projects. 2. **Fireworks Distribution**: Compliant batch transportation of fireworks from production plants to wholesale storage points and offline retail outlets. 3. **Military Units**: Closed-loop transfer of military initiating devices, ammunition-related pyrotechnic components, and explosive military parts. 4. **Chemical Industry**: Standardized delivery of volatile, low-boiling-point chemical reagents, high-pressure gas cylinders, and other hazardous materials prone to explosion upon impact. 5. **Emergency Reserves**: Fixed-point storage and cross-regional mobile deployment of engineering blasting materials and explosive disposal emergency equipment.
