refrigerated truck
**Working Principle**
The entire carriage body adopts a multi-layer flame-retardant polyurethane insulation sandwich structure, with inner and outer panels tightly sealed to maximize the isolation of heat exchange between the interior and exterior air. The refrigeration unit installed at the front of the carriage continuously extracts heat from the interior through a compressor circulating refrigerant, automatically starting and stopping according to the set temperature to maintain the interior temperature within the target range. Some multi-temperature zone models use partitions to divide the cargo compartment into independent chambers, each regulated at different temperatures to accommodate the simultaneous transport of multiple types of goods. During loading and unloading, sealed door curtains reduce cold air leakage, and a temperature and humidity recorder monitors the interior environment throughout the process, ensuring that goods are transported under specified temperature control conditions.
**Application Fields**
1. **Fresh Produce and Supermarkets**: Preservation and distribution of fruits, vegetables, fresh meat, and aquatic seafood from production sites to wholesale markets and supermarket stores.
2. **Frozen Foods**: Long-haul transport and last-mile delivery of low-temperature frozen goods such as frozen dumplings, meat products, and ice cream.
3. **Pharmaceutical Cold Chain**: Closed-loop transport of temperature-sensitive and light-sensitive medicines such as COVID-19 vaccines, insulin, biological agents, and medical reagents.
4. **Catering Distribution**: Low-temperature distribution of pre-prepared dishes and semi-finished ingredients from central kitchens of chain restaurants.
5. **Flowers and Seedlings**: Constant-temperature and humidity transport of precious flowers and green plants to prevent wilting and damage during transit.
