Livestock and Poultry Transport Vehicle
Working Principle
The interlayer of the compartment is equipped with thermal insulation materials to block external temperature interference. The front of the vehicle is fitted with an integrated heating and cooling unit, which works in conjunction with exhaust fans arranged around the compartment and openable ventilation louvers to continuously replace the air inside, preventing livestock and poultry from crowding, overheating, and oxygen deprivation. The floor of the compartment is designed with drainage channels to collect manure and wastewater into a sealed onboard sewage tank, preventing leakage and road pollution along the way. The vehicle is equipped with a pressurized spray system and automatic drinking water pipelines, enabling timed mist cooling and water supply for livestock and poultry. Multi-layer hydraulic partition barriers can divide the space into independent sections to prevent livestock from crushing or trampling each other. The cab is equipped with an intelligent temperature control terminal for real-time monitoring of the compartment's temperature, video surveillance, and air quality. When parked, an external generator can be connected to ensure the continuous operation of the entire ventilation and temperature control system. During loading and unloading, the rear hydraulic tailgate lifts and lowers livestock and poultry to and from the compartment, ensuring a fully enclosed and controlled transport environment. This system complies with animal husbandry epidemic prevention transport regulations while maximizing the survival rate of live animals.
Application Fields
1. Livestock Production and Sales: Transport of finished livestock from large-scale pig farms, beef cattle, and sheep farms to slaughterhouses and processing plants.
2. Poultry Seedling Distribution: Delivery of chicks, ducklings, goslings, and other young poultry from hatcheries to farmers across regions.
3. Cross-Regional Relocation: Long-distance compliant transport of breeding pigs, cattle, and other breeding livestock for cross-provincial introduction.
4. Harmless Treatment: Transport of diseased or dead livestock and poultry by disease control and sanitation departments for centralized disinfection and incineration.
