Dangerous goods transport vehicles are special freight vehicles modified in accordance with national hazardous materials transport regulations. Based on the type of cargo, they are divided into two main categories: tank-type hazardous chemical transport vehicles and box-type explosion-proof hazardous chemical transport vehicles. These vehicles are specifically used to transport flammable liquids, corrosive chemicals, toxic and hazardous materials, gas cylinders, explosives, radioactive substances, and other goods listed in the hazardous chemicals catalog.

**Working Principle** The vehicle chassis exhaust pipe is positioned at the front and equipped with a fireproof and flame-arresting cover to prevent exhaust flames from igniting the cargo. The entire vehicle's wiring uses explosion-proof and flame-retardant wiring harnesses, and is equipped with a master power emergency cut-off switch to avoid electrical sparks caused by short circuits. For tank-type vehicles, the tank body is made of corrosion-resistant pressure-bearing steel plate or integrally formed and welded aluminum alloy. The top of the tank is fitted with a breathing valve to balance internal air pressure, and the bottom is equipped with an emergency shut-off valve, allowing one-button sealing of the discharge port in case of an accident to prevent medium leakage. The tank is paired with an electrostatic grounding strap to promptly discharge static electricity generated by liquid friction during storage and transportation. For van-type explosion-proof vehicles, the compartment interlayer is filled with fireproof and heat-insulating materials, the inner wall is lined with anti-static rubber sheet, and the compartment is equipped with ventilation and pressure relief windows and anti-theft locks to prevent explosions caused by impact, high temperature, or static electricity. The vehicle is standardly equipped with emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers, fire blankets, plugging tools, and absorbent pads. During transportation, the on-board positioning system uploads the driving route and vehicle status in real-time. Once a leak, over-temperature, or other dangerous situation occurs, the system can quickly cut off power, ground, seal, and carry out emergency response, comprehensively preventing safety accidents such as fire, explosion, pollution, and poisoning during the transportation of hazardous chemicals. **Application Fields** 1. Energy Industry: Bulk distribution of refined oil products such as gasoline, diesel, and kerosene from oil depots to gas stations. 2. Chemical Industry: Transfer of corrosive, flammable, and explosive chemical raw materials such as strong acids and bases, organic solvents, liquefied gases, and industrial resins. 3. Civil Explosives Engineering: Short-distance compliant transportation of explosive items such as explosives, detonators, and fireworks shells. 4. Gas Distribution: Centralized transfer of LPG cylinders, liquefied natural gas, and carbon dioxide cylinders. 5. Environmental Disposal: Collection, transportation, and disposal of hazardous wastes such as waste oil, waste chemicals, and toxic industrial waste liquids.
