Agitating transport truck
**Working Principle**
The vehicle engine extracts power through a power take-off (PTO) to drive the hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, and reducer, causing the drum to rotate continuously at a low forward speed. Spiral blades welded inside the drum rotate with the cylinder to continuously mix and tumble the concrete. Upon arrival at the construction site, the drum switches to reverse rotation mode, and the blades push the concrete out through the discharge outlet. The vehicle is equipped with a clean water tank, allowing the drum and discharge pipeline to be flushed after operation to prevent residual material from hardening and clogging the cylinder.
**Application Fields**
1. Urban building construction: Targeted concrete delivery for real estate developments and residential communities.
2. Road and bridge infrastructure: Transportation of concrete for highways, bridges, tunnels, and high-speed railway box girder casting.
3. Municipal projects: Concrete distribution for road repairs, pipeline construction, and landscaping infrastructure.
4. Key projects such as hydraulic dams and large venues: Large-scale concrete supply.
5. Rural small-scale projects: Short-distance material delivery for village road construction and farm building using small mixer trucks.
