A grader is a specialized engineering machine for fine earthwork shaping. Its core component is a long, curved blade located in the middle of the body, capable of large-angle swinging, lifting, lowering, and lateral shifting. It is paired with an articulated frame and a multi-wheel traveling chassis. With flexible steering, the blade can adjust its tilt angle and orientation with ease. It is primarily used for precise road leveling, slope scraping, edge trimming, and trenching. Additional attachments such as bulldozer blades and rippers can be installed. Known for high operational precision, it is widely used in fine road construction tasks.

Working Principle The diesel engine powers the entire machine, driving the wheels forward. The operator adjusts the height, tilt angle, lateral offset, and rotation angle of the middle blade through the hydraulic control system. As the vehicle moves forward, the blade cuts and levels the soil, precisely refining the road elevation and slopes. The articulated front axle can steer independently, allowing the blade to adjust at multiple angles, enabling fine earthwork operations such as subgrade leveling, road crown construction, and ditch excavation. Application Fields 1. Highway and Municipal Engineering: Leveling of road bases at all levels, road crown construction, slope trimming, and excavation of shoulders and drainage ditches. 2. Site Construction: Fine leveling of large industrial sites, airports, and parking lots. 3. Maintenance and Emergency Response: Snow removal, pothole repair, and leveling and clearing of collapsed road sections. 4. Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Conservancy: Fine land leveling for farmland, slope trimming of dams, and channel excavation and shaping.
