The shuttle car is a specialized trackless explosion-proof transport equipment for short-wall mining in coal mines. Working Principle
The entire machine features a four-wheel drive and all-wheel steering structure, traveling back and forth between the shearer and the belt transfer point for material collection. The carriage is equipped with a scraper conveyor mechanism. After loading materials, it moves to the discharge point, where the scraper chain rotates to push the materials out entirely onto a crusher or belt conveyor, completing shuttle-style transport operations in a continuous cycle.
