Hoist
Working Principle
The motor drives the main drum to rotate. One end of the wire rope is suspended with a transport container. The forward and reverse rotation of the drum enables the winding and unwinding of the wire rope, driving the cage or skip to move vertically along the shaft guide rails. Equipped with braking, speed limiting, and depth monitoring systems, it can precisely control start/stop, speed, and travel distance, and features fault braking protection to prevent cage drop accidents.
Application Fields
1. Metal and non-metal mines: Lifting ore from underground to the surface in vertical shaft mining, and lowering support materials, tools, and equipment.
2. Underground coal mines: Transporting personnel, hoisting coal, and waste rock.
3. Inclined shaft mines: Hauling materials and ore along inclined shaft ramps.
4. Tunnels and construction shafts: Vertical transfer of personnel, muck, and building materials during deep shaft construction.
