Jaw Crusher
Working Principle
The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate at high speed, causing the movable jaw plate to perform periodic reciprocating motion. When the movable jaw plate moves toward the fixed jaw plate, large pieces of stone are crushed through compression, splitting, and bending actions. When the movable jaw plate retracts and resets, the crushed small particles automatically fall and discharge from the bottom outlet, while larger materials remain in the crushing chamber for repeated compression and crushing, enabling continuous automated feeding and crushing operations.
Application Fields
1. Mining: Primary coarse crushing of large raw ores from various metal and non-metal mines.
2. Aggregate Production: Crushing raw stones in quarries to provide feedstock for secondary fine crushing equipment.
3. Solid Waste Recycling: Crushing, recycling, and reusing construction waste, waste concrete, and bricks.
4. Infrastructure Engineering: Crushing rocks in roads and foundation pits, and processing engineering stone materials into shape.
