Cone Crusher
Working Principle
The motor drives the transmission components to rotate the main shaft and the moving cone in a swinging motion. The moving cone continuously eccentrically swings along the inner wall of the fixed cone. When materials enter the crushing chamber, they are subjected to compression, grinding, and shearing forces for crushing. When an unbreakable hard object enters the chamber, the equipment automatically discharges and retreats to prevent damage to the components, and qualified materials are discharged from the bottom gap.
Application Fields
1. Sand and gravel aggregate production line: Secondary fine crushing and shaping of raw stone to produce standard machine-made sand and gravel.
2. Mining beneficiation operations: Intermediate crushing and processing of metal and non-metal ores after primary crushing.
3. Construction waste recycling: Secondary crushing, screening, and reuse of concrete solid waste.
4. Building materials and infrastructure: Deep processing of hard stone materials such as limestone and basalt.
