Impact Crusher
Working Principle
The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the plate hammers on the rotor violently strike the material entering the crushing chamber. The stone material rebounds after hitting the liner, undergoing repeated impact and fragmentation. Once the particle size meets the standard, it is discharged from the outlet at the bottom of the machine. Large pieces of material continue to be struck in the chamber until they are crushed to the required size.
Application Fields
1. Sand and gravel processing: secondary crushing of soft rocks such as limestone and bluestone to produce aggregates.
2. Solid waste treatment: crushing and recycling of construction waste and concrete blocks.
3. Infrastructure building materials: processing of ballast stone for highways and railways.
4. Mining industry: medium-crushing operations for ores of low to medium hardness.
