Vibrating Screen
Working Principle
Two vibrating motors rotate in opposite directions synchronously, generating directional excitation force to drive the screen box in reciprocating vibration. Materials fall onto the inclined screen from the feed end, where fine particles pass through the screen and fall down, while large-sized materials slide backward along the screen surface and are discharged from different outlets, achieving automatic multi-level material classification.
Application Fields
1. Sand and gravel aggregate production line: Classification and screening of crushed stones to produce multiple specifications of manufactured sand and gravel.
2. Mining beneficiation operations: Screening, desliming, and classification of ores to improve the purity of beneficiation raw materials.
3. Construction waste treatment: Screening and impurity removal of crushed solid waste to separate recyclable aggregates.
4. Coal industry: Raw coal classification screening to remove gangue and classify large and small coal blocks.
