Product Information

  • Name : Incinerator
  • SKU : BLT-141
  • Category : incinerators

An incinerator is a high-temperature, harmless heat treatment environmental protection device. Through high-temperature combustion in a sealed furnace chamber, it fully oxidizes and decomposes various types of waste, achieving waste volume reduction, sterilization, and harmless disposal of toxic and hazardous substances. It can also be equipped with a waste heat recovery system to utilize the heat generated from incineration for heating, power generation, and steam production. The equipment features an overall sealed, high-temperature-resistant steel furnace structure, lined with refractory insulation materials to withstand high-temperature corrosion. The entire system generally includes a feeding device, a main incineration furnace, a combustion support system, a flue gas purification unit, an ash discharge mechanism, and an automatic control system.

Working Principle Waste is fed into a sealed furnace chamber through a feed inlet. With oxygen supplied by a combustion fan and temperature elevation aided by auxiliary fuel oil/gas burners, the furnace maintains a high-temperature environment above 850°C. The combustible components in the solid waste undergo intense oxidation and combustion reactions with oxygen, breaking down organic matter into harmless gaseous substances such as carbon dioxide and water vapor. Non-combustible inorganic materials melt into slag, which is discharged from the bottom slag outlet. The flue gas generated from combustion enters subsequent treatment processes for desulfurization, denitrification, dust removal, and dioxin elimination before being released after meeting emission standards. The heat released during incineration can be recovered through a waste heat boiler and converted into thermal or electrical energy, achieving secondary resource utilization. Application Fields 1. Medical Industry: Disposal of infectious waste from hospitals, disposable medical supplies, pathological waste, and laboratory waste, eliminating bacteria and viruses to prevent cross-contamination of medical waste. 2. Municipal Solid Waste Treatment: Centralized incineration of urban household waste, significantly reducing waste volume, replacing landfill methods to save land resources, and utilizing waste heat for urban heating and power generation. 3. Industrial Hazardous Waste Disposal: Treatment of organic waste liquids, waste resins, sludge, waste solvents, and packaging contaminated with toxic chemicals from chemical plants, electroplating factories, and paint enterprises, neutralizing toxic and hazardous components. 4. Livestock and Poultry Farming: Harmless incineration of dead livestock and poultry carcasses, farming waste, and epidemic prevention waste to prevent disease transmission and avoid soil and water pollution.
