Kitchen waste treatment equipment
**Working Principle**
After kitchen waste is fed into the equipment, it first undergoes automatic sorting to remove impurities such as plastic bags, utensils, and stones. The material is then crushed and refined by a shredding mechanism. Subsequently, solid-liquid separation is achieved through screw pressing, significantly reducing the volume and moisture content of the waste. The liquid enters an oil-water separation system, where waste oil and wastewater are automatically separated based on density differences. The waste oil is collected for reuse, while the wastewater is pre-treated to meet discharge standards. The solid organic residue undergoes microbial constant-temperature fermentation, deodorization, and sterilization, rapidly maturing into organic fertilizer raw material. The entire process operates in a sealed, automated manner, achieving harmless treatment and resource regeneration of kitchen waste.
**Application Areas**
1. **Restaurants and Institutional Cafeterias**: Hotels, restaurants, school cafeterias, corporate campus dining halls, and government agency kitchens can use small-scale equipment to process daily kitchen waste on-site, eliminating the need for环卫 transport and reducing disposal costs.
2. **Commercial Complexes and Food Streets**: Shopping mall food courts and snack streets can centrally install medium-sized processing units to uniformly handle kitchen waste from the area, standardizing waste management.
3. **Farmers' Markets and Fresh Food Supermarkets**: Vegetable markets can process spoiled vegetables, fruit peels, fresh food trimmings, and expired cooked food and produce from supermarkets on-site, preventing odor, rot, and waste accumulation.
4. **Municipal Solid Waste Treatment Centers**: Large-scale centralized kitchen waste treatment stations in cities use assembly-line large-scale equipment to process citywide collected kitchen waste on an industrial scale, enabling centralized extraction of biodiesel raw materials and production of organic fertilizer.
