Aeration equipment
Working Principle
The blower pressurizes air and delivers it to the aeration pipes at the bottom of the tank. The air is released through microporous aeration discs and aeration hoses as a large number of fine bubbles. As the bubbles slowly rise from the bottom to the surface, oxygen fully dissolves into the water, continuously increasing the dissolved oxygen level in the tank. The airflow stirs the water to create circulation, preventing the sedimentation and accumulation of activated sludge. Under aerobic conditions, microorganisms decompose organic pollutants such as COD and ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater, completing the biochemical degradation process.
Application Areas
1. Municipal wastewater: Oxygen supply and aeration for aerobic biochemical tanks in urban wastewater treatment plants
2. Industrial wastewater: Oxygenation and mixing in the biochemical treatment stages of printing, dyeing, papermaking, and chemical wastewater
3. Rural wastewater: Aeration and oxygen supply in enclosed chambers of integrated wastewater treatment equipment
4. River remediation: Oxygenation of black and odorous rivers to improve anaerobic and malodorous conditions
5. Aquaculture water: Oxygen supplementation in aquaculture ponds to enhance the living environment for fish and shrimp
